IPS Officer Sanjeeb Panda takes charge as the new police commissioner of twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack

Bhubaneswar:  Sanjeeb Panda, IPS, assumes charge as the Commissioner of Police, graciously receiving the responsibility from the former Commissioner of Police, Shri S.K Priyadarsi.
