Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today laid the foundation stone of the Sivaji Patnaik Smruti Plaza near CPI(M) office Jaydev Vihar. This plaza spread over 615 sqm will be developed by BDA. It aims to honor the contributions made by Sivaji Patnaik towards the betterment of society.
