Navratri has commenced across various Peethas in the state, with decoration efforts underway in Puja pandals to enhance their attractiveness and ambiance.
In light of this, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has issued strict guidelines for the celebrations. Notably, the use of any plastic materials in Puja Pandals is prohibited in Bhubaneswar.
