New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit J&K on April 24 to lay the foundation stone & inaugurate development works worth over Rs 20,000cr including the Banihal Qazigund Road Tunnel and 3 road packages of Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway & Ratle & Kwar Hydroelectric projects.
