JSW promotes teen aged sand artist in Odisha for higher study

Report by Kahnu Nanda, Jagatsinghpur : A 16 year old boy Partha Sarathi Jena from Balitutha village near Kujanga block has been bestowed by several prizes, rewards and acclamations from many organizations even in National and state level for his contribution for sand art and fine arts but causing financial paucity he had been deprived perusing higher study.
Knowing glory of this teen aged boy JSW who is going to start a steel project in Erasama block has moved promoting him, acting on the endeavor company has providing him financial support pursuing higher study. Partha Sarathi has taken admission in B K Art and Craft College in Bhubaneswar this Year Company has agreed providing all financial expenses till the boy complete his course.
Partha Sarathi own journey from an impoverished home in a small village in Balitutha his father a tuition master, mother a house wife, after completing plus two science he was sitting ideal due to financial constraint became unable continuing his study.
But his ambition and pioneering spirit had recognized him a sand artist and a fine arts illustrator from school carrier, according to his father Prasanna Kumar Jena informed that Partha’s sand art had been recognized by state level in the year 2015, state chief minister Naveen Patnaik had felicitated him in a function held at Bhubaneswar.
Besides former president Pranab Mukherjee, present president Ramanath Kovind, union ministers Smruti Irani, Dharmendra Pradhan , governor Professor Ganeshi Lal, Govardhan Pitha Sankaracharya and many dignitaries have been rewarded and felicitated in different sand art and fine arts competitions in past five years, as on date he has received 74 prizes and awards from different organizations, Jena told this correspondent.
According to JSW official Mrutunjaya Choudhury informed that in July 2019 Parthasarathi father approached company seeking financial support for son perusing higher study in sand art and fine arts .
After carefully considering Parthasarthi’s antecedent, professional contribution company forwarded the application to JSW higher-ups for attention, who responded positivity promoting this poor boy for higher study and inclined providing funds, Choudhury informed.
My sons dream going to be fulfilled after getting assurance from JSW company he subsequently admitted in B K Art and craft college in Bhubaneswar and perusing degree course, Company has shouldered responsibility educating him said Parthasarathi’s father.
