Bhubanswar: Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Energy, Industries and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Dibya Shankar Mishra has been given additional portfolio of Minister of State (MoS), Home.
After swearing-in on Wednesday, Cabinet Minister Prafulla Kumar Mallik had been given MoS for Home charge in additions to his original portfolios of Steel and Mines and Works.
However, the MoS, Home was later given to Dibya Shankar as a Cabinet Minister doesn’t serve as an MoS as per norms.
