Report by Basant Rath, Nabarangpur: A work shop was organised at Mission Shakti hall on scientific intervention for economic development here on Thursday.
Collector Dr. Ajit Mishra presided over the meeting while Nabarangpur MP Balabhadra Majhi, Chairman of DPC & Local MLA Manahar Randhari, who were the guest of honour spoke on the occasion. Team of scientists from CSIR-NBRI,Lucknow and Bhubaneswar with Institution of Life Science, Bhubaneswar, discussed to formulate Scientific Intervention in development activities of the district in all spheres and Implementing modern methods in the process.
Among others district level officials and farmers of ten blocks and two municipalities participated in the workshop. On Friday the team will have field visit to Umerkote and on
return to Nabarangpur the feedback and concluding session will be held at Mission Shakti hall.
