Two Days Spiritza Fest 2020 concludes in Kendujhar

Report by Malaya Mohapatra; Kendujhar: Spiritza Fest 2020 was held on 4th and 5th January at Kali Padia where several cultural troupes performed Folk dances, Odissi, Sambalpuri, Drama and Modern Dance. Pradeep Mohanty, Registrar, National School of Drama, New Delhi and Mohan Charan Majhi, MLA Kendujhar inaugurated the festival as Guest. Students of the Academy, Cultural troupes of Vidya bhawan, PRAYAS trained by Dance Guru Aryan and Odissi Dancer Prashanti performed Sambalpuri, Odissi and Modern dance On the first Day. A short play titled Rani’s Birthday with social message was acted by children under the direction of Bachuram Lama. Bollywood Actress Lipika Pradhan, Fashion Designer, Model Sanlisa Patel, Supei Murmu, Program Executive AIR, Nalini Kanta Sahoo, Dist Culture Officer, Sapan Mishra, MD, Pascimanchal TV, Rotarian Debabrata Swain graced the function as Guests and praised the effort of Spiritza Academy in promoting Art and Culture in Keonjhar District. The festival sponsored and supported by Ministry of Culture, New Delhi and other business organizations at the local level was held for the 5th year in Kendujhar to showcase the amateur talents. The winners in different cultural competitions organized earlier among school & College students were awarded with prizes and trophies in the function
