Bhubaneswar: Odisha govt asks district collectors to distribute kerosene oil to non-Ration cardholders at 2 litres/family, on first come first serve basis, for their domestic use during lockdown period. Presently, around 3458 KL of kerosene is available with wholesalers in State.
