Title deeds will be allotted to the owners after assessment .This will pave path for applying for loans from banks by the owners. Disputes related to property would also be settled said PM Modi.
Gram Panchayats play pivotal role in making country self -reliant. Developed & self-reliant villages are key for a developed nation said PM Modi. Govt. has been working continuously to modernize panchayat infrastructure. Now, more than 1.25 lakh panchayats have broadband connectivity. More than 3 lakh Common Service Centres; low-cost smart phones are available in villages said PM Modi.
