Bhubanswar: To promote herbal products and medicines, Kalinga Herbal Fair is being organised by the State Board of Medicinal Plants, under aegis of Forest Department every year. Minister Sri Bikram K Arukh inaugurated the 12th Kalinga Hebal Fair at Unit 3 Ground today.
