Bhubaneswar: Mysore Deep Perfumery House (MDPH), the Indore (MP) based company, has introduced its new flagship brand Zed black ARIJ to the Odisha market with Odia superstar Varsha Priyadarshini as its brand ambassador. Varsha will be leading all the Brand Communication for Arij in the state.
Made from the select ingredients, Arij is all set to win the hearts of people of Odisha with its new brand face. Its soothing and long lasting fragrance is a hit across the state.
MDPH, the third largest Agarbatti manufacturer in the country, is already enjoying a great run in Odisha with its popular brands Zed Black & Manthan-100.
MDPH also provides direct employment to over 100 women in its franchisee manufacturing Unit in Jagatpur, Cuttack. With Varsha on board as brand ambassador MDPH plans to increase emplyoment in Odhisa.
Mr Ankit Agarwal, Director Zed Black shared “As MDPH is eyeing the top position in the Agarbatti market of India, we have appointed MS Dhoni as our national ambassador for Zed Black. And for the Odisha market, Zed Black Arij has boarded in Varsha Priyadarshini who is dearer to Odia people. We are looking forward to having an increase of 25% of Arij sales”. Speaking about being amongst the major players in the organized agarbatti sector, he adds, “We are setting up one more state of the art factory at Indore (MP) which is about 2 lac Sq. ft. to be operational by January 2018. This would increase our production capacity by 40% and provide employment to 600 people.”
