Mo School’ chairman reviews scheme implementation in Jagatsinghpur

Report by Kahnu Nanda; Jagatsinghpur: The Mo School chairman Susmia Bagchi on Tuesday visited Jagatsinghpur headquarters and reviewed the programme implementation and held discussion with education department officials. Speaking at the review meeting chairman spelled out about Mo School is an initiative aims to create a platform for people to connect , collaborate and contribute revamping government and non-government schools in Odisha. The scheme is a first of its kind initiative in country a citizen government partnership programme aiming to groom school and students in Odisha.

The funds accumulated for the scheme would be invested on construction of hostel ,labs ,libraries, electronic equipment’s, internet, class rooms, furniture, toilets, boundary wall, drinking water and wheel chair ramps in schools, so the Jagatsinghpur a forward district in state its successfully implementation would attract other districts for pogramme success,. She revealed.

Collector SK Mohapatra lauded responsibility of headmasters connecting old students of schools in the program.among others the review meeting was attended by district education officer, block education officers, headmasters from several schools and district officials. Earlier chairman Bagchi was visited two schools under Raghunathpur block inspected the Mo School programme implementation.
