Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday inspected the 40-bed Covid Care Center running in the tribal girls hostel of Nasrullaganj. During the inspection, he spoke to the patients admitted in the centre and told them not to panic, keep up their spirits and assured them that all will recover from Corona infection.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan sought detailed information regarding the arrangements at the Covid Care Center from the concerned authorities. He instructed to ensure continuous availability of medicines, oxygen and other basic facilities at the center. He said that patients admitted at the Covid Care Center should not have any problem. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the patients admitted should get proper treatment in good environment.
Build a 20-bed temporary hospital in Polytechnic college
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan also took stock of Polytechnic College campus Nasrullaganj. He instructed to set up a 20-bed temporary Covid Hospital in the college in view of the huge settlement around Nasrullaganj. The Chief Minister said that apart from medicines, injections and availability of oxygen, trained medical staff should also be posted here. Divisional Commissioner Shri Kiyawat said that Covid Care Center will soon start here with all facilities.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan told the public representatives present on the occasion to maintain constant contact with the citizens and also make people follow the Corona guideline along with Janata Curfew in small towns, townships and villages. He instructed the officers to constantly monitor the health of the people and make efforts to arrange for tests and treatment along with isolation as soon as the initial symptoms are detected. On this occasion, Divisional Commissioner, Shri Kavindra Kiyawat, IG, DIG, SP Shri S.S. Chauhan, Shri. Karthikeya Singh Chouhan and senior officials were present.
