Bhubaneswar: Jharsuguda District Congress President Girish Ranjan Panda quits party joined BJD. Panda joined the ruling BJD in the presence of Naba Kishore Das here. Panda had resigned from the Congress party yesterday, alleging negligence and had sent his resignation letter to Odisha PCC president Niranjan Patnaik.
