New Delhi : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan congratulated young judo player of India, Linthoi Chanambam, for becoming the first Indian to win a gold medal in the Judo World Championship. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Linthoi has created history. Words cannot describe the joy that I and my countrymen have felt on this victory.
