Among others MLA Ananta Narayan Jena ,National Manager of ActionAid Ghasiram Panda , Child Novelist Sarat Nayak, Advisor women and child development Department ,Government of Odisha Sulata Deo , Journalist Surendra Patra, Social activist Pravas Samantaray , CCWD Secretary Sadasiv Swain spokes on this occasion . The welcome address given by Ipsita Agrawalla of CCWD. Lastly Bhaskar Chandra Pradhan proposed a warm vote of thanks to all. The children mesmerises their inner talents in song, dance and their tiny hands drawings. The children received certificates and prizes from the guests.
