Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) today celebrated the 73rd Independence Day at its office premises at its BMC-Bhawani Mall office with much happiness and sincerity.
All the staff members assembled under the Tricolour at the office terrace and celebrated the national day and took the oath of sacrifice and dedication for the nation.
Speaking on the occasion Bijay Kumar Swain, former GM (Administration) with BSCL requested all to keep nation building work on top agenda and also inculcate a practice of celebrating all National events at BSCL to continue the spirit of belongingness as the freedom fighters had sacrificed a lot to make our country independent from the clutches of the British rule. He also remembered the sacrifices of our Armed Forces on the border and across the nation guarding the Mother Land at the risk of their lives.
Among others, GM (Engineering) Ashwinee Kumar Biswal, GM (Technology) Seshadeb Panda and Company Secretary Ajay Kumar Majhi were present. After the celebration all the staff and employees of the Special Purpose Vehicle for the Smart City Project assembled and departed after the oath taking event.
