Bhubaneswar: Total voting percentage is 72% in second phase polls in the state, informs Chief Electoral Officer Surendra Kumar .
Elections were held for the Bargarh, Sundargarh, Balangir, Kandhamal and Aska Lok Sabha seats and 35 Assembly seats under them.
According to the CEO, Bargarh recorded 77.57-per cent voter turnout while had Balangir 72. 42 per cent, Sundargarh 71.44 per cent and Kandhamal 72.88 per cent.
The Aska Lok Sabha constituency at 66.30 per cent recorded the lowest turnout among the five Parliamentary seats.
The first phase of polling on April 11 held for four Lok Sabha and 28 Assembly seats had recorded 73.76 per cent of voting.
