Bhubaneswar: Three leaders from Odisha have been placed in the BJP Parliamentary Party Executive Committee, which was constituted on Wednesday.
Bargarh MP Suresh Pujari has been appointed as party’s whip in the Lok Sabha for the States of Odisha, Manipur and Telangana.
Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is one of the special invitees of the committee in the Rajya Sabha while Sundargarh MP Jual Oram is a special invitee in the Lok Sabha.
Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been appointed as leader of the party in Lok Sabha, Rajnath Singh as deputy leader of the party in Lok Sabha, Thawar Chand Gehlot as leader of the party in Rajya Sabha and Piyush Goyal as deputy leader of the party in Rajya Sabha.
