Puri: Internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik pid tribute to legend Biju Patnaik on his Birth Anniversary at Puri.
It should be noted that Odisha observing 102nd Birth Anniversary of former Odisha Chief Minister Biju Patnaik in the state today. A series of programmes will be conducted across the state to mark the occasion.
