Sand artist Manas Kumar Sahoo pays a tearful tribute to martyrs through sand art

Puri: At Manas Sahoo Sand Art Park, situated near Light House, golden sea-beach near Puri Baliapanda, Indian Sand-Artist Manas Kumar Sahoo has paid homage through his sand art for the eternal peace of the souls of the martyred soldiers who had died in a terrorist attack at Pulwama.

In his sand art, he has shown how the national flag and the family members of the brave soldiers, people of India, are paying tribute from the deep down of their heart and saluting the brave soldiers with a sense of pride. The artist has specified that in the history of India those brave ones who have martyred for India they will remain as eternal and the whole nation will remain eternally grateful for this sacrifice of these brave ones.

 

This sand art is of 15 feet in width and 20 tonnes of sand is used to make it. It took nearly eight hours to finish this sand art. In this art, he has given the message of “For our tomorrow they gave their today”, “Salute to the heroes”.
