Bhubaneswar: Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, with his vision various schemes have been unveiled and implemented by Government of India for the development and welfare of farmers, poor & the down-trodden; the GoI has completed three years. Sabka Saath Sabka Vikash Sammelans are being organized all over the country to make the general public aware about the various welfare measures being undertaken by the Government. In the last three years various schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Ujwala Yojna, Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojna, Jan Dhan Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, Ujala Yojana, Rural Electrification, Jan Aushadhi Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sichayee Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, Sukanya Samridhi Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission, UDAN have been unveiled which has tremendous positive impact on the developmental agendas of the Government.
As part of this Sabka Saath Sabka Vikash Sammelan, a press meet was organised by IndianOil (IOCL) today to give a brief details about the scheduled programme. The press meet was addressed by Shri Pritish Bharat, Chief General Manager, IndianOil and amongst others senior officials of IOCL were also present in the meeting. Shri Bharat said, “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikash Sammelen” is going to be held on June 12th at 11 o’ clock in the morning at Salia Sahi in Bhubaneswar. Shri M Venkaiah Naidu, Hon’ble Minister of Urban Development, GoI and Sri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble MoS (I/c), P&NG, GoI have kindly consented to grace the Sammelan. M/s Indian Oil Corporation Limited, the largest commercial enterprise of the country and the biggest Public Sector Organization is going to organise the SSSVs at Nilachkara Nagar, Salia Sahi, and Bhubaneswar.
Adding to this, Shri Bharat told, under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, huge investment made for 15 million Tonne refinery at Paradip which was dedicated to around 1.25 lakh crores people of the nation in last February’2016 by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. Similar projects like thousand kilometre of pipeline network, petrochemical complex at Paradip worth Rs. 45,000 cr-50,000 cr, LPG import terminal, new LPG bottling plants and depots, strategic oil reserves etc are proposed to be made in the State of Odisha. Paradip-Balasore pipeline project for import of LPG from Paradip to Balasore bottling plant will be commissioned very soon. Two new Common User facility (CUF), one in Berhampur and One in Meramundali by all three oil marketing companies IOCL, BPCL & HPCL are also in pipeline.
