Report by Kahnu Nanda; Jagatsinghpur: An additional RTO counter was opened at collector office here on Monday, collector S K Mohapatra inaugurated the counter and said taking heavy rush obtaining driving license in RTO office for facilitating people getting learner license an additional counter opened here. On the inaugural day collector Mohapatra was given first learner license to one Latika Das. Speaking on the occasion RTO Bijaya Kumar Nayak informed that the counter will open 11 AM to 2 PM except government holiday, new driving license application will be collect here so also Lerner license will supply from here, RTO Nayak informed.
