President Droupadi Murmu confers Padma Vibhushan to Dr. Vyjayantimala Bali, in the field of art. She is a 90 year old Multifaceted Artist, with a diverse portfolio across dance, films, choreography, writing and public service, who also served the country as a Member of Parliament.
