Union Minister Piyush Goyal held meetings with counterparts at the G7 Trade Ministers’ meeting in Italy. Discussions focused on strengthening economic ties and exploring Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK) on the sidelines of the summit. Goyal emphasized the need for collaboration to bolster global supply chains, particularly in critical minerals, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and green energy sectors.
