Preparations for Rath Yatra 2024 in Odisha include comprehensive measures for security, traffic management, crowd control, and ensuring law and order. Special arrangements have also been finalized to accommodate the anticipated visit of the President of India Smt. Droupadi Murmu, according to Odisha’s Director General of Police, Arun Sarangi.
