Bhubaneswar: Nilagiri MLA Sukant Nayak resigns from the primary membership of BJD; Nayak claims of being neglected in the party. He alleged conspiracy against him which was exhibited during the joining ceremony of an Opposition party leader recently. Nayak also accuses Balasore District BJD president of giving him mental torture.
