The Odisha government implemented a significant IAS reshuffle on Wednesday, addressing prolonged tenures of several officers. G. Mathivathanan, who served as Additional Chief Secretary of the Parliamentary Affairs Department and Principal Secretary of the Housing & Urban Development Department for 13 years, and R Vineel Krishna, Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Sports & Youth Services Department since 2018, were among those affected by the reshuffle.
