Bhubaneswar: Odia Language, Literature and Culture Minister Sri Jyotiprakash Panigrahi called on Director General of Indian Council of Cultural Relations. Sri Panigrahi requested to take more number of Odia Artists in ICCR’s cultural exchange events.
