Bhubaneswar : In a big breaking, Congress observes 8-hour bandh in Bhadrak town today, from 6AM to 2PM.
As per reports, the bandh has been called demanding establishment of medical college & hospital in the town.
Besides, the band has disturbed the normal life as shops has been shutdown and vehicular movement affected due to picketing by party workers at various places of the town.
