Bhubaneswar: CM Naveen Patnaik has expressed deep grief at the death of 2 persons at the collapse of a portion of old Chhatra Bazar Bridge in Cuttack. CM has conveyed his condolence to the bereaved family & announced an ex gratia of Rs 3 lakhs for the next of kin.
