Bhubaneswar : In a big breaking, Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik distributes Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana Smart Health Cards to beneficiaries in a special programme at Baripada.
“I’m delighted to be in Mayurbhanj, the land of art and culture. The Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) has so far benefited ten lakh people in the state. Every life is valuable to me, and everyone should live with dignity. The BSKY smart health card will be beneficial to many individuals in the state.”
Besides, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation of several development projects worth Rs 2481 crore.
Patnaik said that 15,000 hectares of land spread over 94 villages in Mayurbhanj got irrigated through the Subarnarekha irrigation project.
Additionally, a Rs 3,200-crore mega piped water project is being implemented to provide piped water to all families in the district.
