Odisha is expected to see rainfall for the next 5-7 days. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has reported that a new low-pressure area is likely to develop over the west-central and adjoining northwest Bay of Bengal around July 19, following a previous low-pressure system that formed over the northwest and west-central Bay of Bengal off the south Odisha coast.
