Bhubaneswar : Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation imposed penalties on 3 shops in Budheswari colony ward-40 & 1 shop in Unit-1 ward-40 for littering & not using twin dustbins, here on Wednesday.
Besides, one resident has also been finned of ward-40 for dumping C&D waste on road.
