Bhubaneswar: Odisha Assembly adjourned till 3 pm over Mahanadi Water Dispute as BJD Legislators created ruckus in the House minutes after the beginning of the second phase Budget Session of the state Assembly at 10.30 AM. Unable to run the business of the House, Speaker Pradip Kumar Amat adjourned the House till 3 PM. BJD MLAs stage dharana under Mahatma Gandhi statue. BJD spokesperson Samir Das says BJP is maintaining ‘double standards’ on Mahanadi Tribunal issue and being partisan to Chhattisgarh .
