Bhubaneswar: In a major breaking, Secretary of State Election Commission (SEC) informed that in the ongoing by-election to Brajrajnagar Assembly constituency in Jharsuguda district a voter turnout of 32 percent was recorded till 11 am today .
Besides, as many as 2,14,878 electors are eligible to cast their votes and choose out the winning candidate .
