Minister Tushar kanti Behera inaugurates Odisha Mo Parivar in Koraput

Report by Nishapati Nayak; Koraput: On the eve of 74th Independence Day a total of 135 units of blood have been collected from the Jeeven Bindu blood donation camp being held at the Biju Patnaik Pathaghar at chandan pokhri chowk, Koraput here by the ‘Odisha Mo Parivar’ led by local MLA & DPC-Chairman Sj- Raghuram padal.

The week-long camp came to an end on the Independence Day. Chief guest Sj-Tusar Kanti Behera, Sports Youth Affairs And IT Minister, Odisha government, Sj-Praful Pangi, ex mla, District Coordinator Jivan Bindu And Mo Poribar Govt Of Odisha In Presence Of Koraput And Malkangiri District Observer Cum MLA Cuttack Sadar Sj-Chandra Sarathi Behera .Sj-Iswar Chandra Panigrahi State Seeds Corporation Chairman Odisha Cum District BJD President, Koraput.Smt-Tulasi Kirsani Zilla Parishad Chair Person Koraput Party Workers Social Workers and Dignitaries had graced the inauguration programme as guests.

Among others, ‘Mo Parivar’ Mr. Suresh Patnaik, Mr. sanjay Mohanty Mr. Amit Agarwal, Mr. Manoj Bagh,Mr. Akhaya Mohanty and central zonal committee, Koraput, panchayat presidents, Block presidents were coordinating the blood donation camp.

After donating blood process of lovely cause by Donors, Tree samplings were distributed and certificates by guests.

Sj-Iswar Chandra Panigrahi, District President, BJD said Trees are vital. As the biggest plants on the planet, they give us oxygen, store carbon, stabilise the soil and give life to the world’s wildlife. They also provide us with the materials for tools and shelter.Donating blood saves life of humans and planting trees saves the environment to balance the global warming

‘Odisha-Mo Parivar’ (Odisha, my family). The initiative is aimed at encouraging environment protection, blood donation and the welfare of Odias in distress. Under the programme, BJD party leaders will dedicate themselves to protect environment and undertake massive plantation drive of trees by creating awareness among people about environment protection states added Minister Tushar kanti Behera.

MLA Raghuram Padal while speaking to media stated that during this Covid pendamic blood is required to the patients which was lacking. He thanks honorable chief Minister Sj-Nabin Patnaik for this “MO PARIVAR” drive. Even he thanked all the leaders, party members youth leaders, aganbadi and asha members and staffs of blood Bank, SLNMC, police personnel, District administration who helped for the novel cause and specially Donors.
