Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan visits Sadguru Seva Sangh Eye Hospital at Chitrakoot

 

Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan today visited Sadguru Eye Hospital at Chitrakoot and saw various projects undergoing there. He also saw a presentation on charity works being carried out by the Sadguru Seva Sangh. CM’s wife Smt Sadhna Singh, Public Works Department Minister Shri Rampal Singh, Industries minister Shri Rajendra Shukla, Member of Parliament Shri Ganesh Singh, organisation secretary of Deendayal Research Institute Shri Abhay Mahajan and trustee of the Sangh Dr. B.K. Jain were present on the occasion.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan thanked Maharaj Ranchhoddas Ji and said that continuous charity works are being carried out in Chitrakoot. Eye hospital, Janki Kund, provided eye sight to 1.50 lakh people. It was informed by the Seva Sangh Trust that the prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had given consent to make the country cataract-free by the year 2022, being impressed with the works of Sadguru Eye Hospital. Spectacles and eye treatment were provided to women by conducting drive for eye checking under last Gramodaya Abhiyan. Eye-checking and treatment will be given to six lakh school children of Satna district and out of which, 1.25 lakh students of 1150 schools have already been covered. The Trust informed that nutrition food is being provided to 244 children of 83 families of Majhgawan development block.
