Puri: Popular sand artist Manas Kumar Sahoo has constructed in his sand art some of the famous monuments around the world to spread the world fraternity around the globe and to tie the world in one thread; giving the message of love of each country this sand art has been constructed. He is showing in this art Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy, Big Ben in London, Eiffel Tower of Paris, Colosseum of Rome, Sand Valley Cathedral of Moscow, Taj Mahal of India and various other monuments of the world. This sand art is made to spread brotherhood and love among countries as if the various nations around the globe consisting of various religion and castes were tied to one thread of a garland. This sand art is made on the eve of this new year to wish good relationship, love, and peace among various nations consisting of various religion and castes; and may this new year be a new light of hope in spreading happiness.
This sand art is of 12 feet in height and 15 feet in width, and it took Manas Sahoo and his students some16 hours to make it. “The World Harmony” is the message which is given by Mr. Sahoo in this sand art.
