Delhi LG Can Independently Nominate Aldermen, Supreme Court Decides

The Supreme Court ruled that the Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Delhi has the authority to nominate aldermen to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi without requiring the aid and advice of the elected government.
