Bhubaneswar: In a big breaking, Cuttack Regional Transport Office has conducted a special drive to check buses and other light vehicles used in transporting school students as well as challans will be issued to the vehicles plying without a valid certificate of fitness, permit, insurance, PUC certificate and tax, here on Wednesday.
