Bhubaneswar: Odisha BJP to gherao block offices across Odisha between Oct 27 and Oct 30 over the alleged ‘PC’ collections and agaisnt state government, informs BJP General Secretary Bhrugu Baxipatra. He said that “Block offices being misused as BJD office which is why people are deprived of facilities provided under Centre’s various schemes; ‘PC’ collection rampant in all projects.”
