Bhubaneswar: Ama Utkarsha Odisha Festival will be held in Mumbai on 23rd & 24th February 2019. Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu will join as chief guest to inaugurate the festival.
Ama Utkarsha Odisha Festival will be held in CIDCO Ground , Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The festival is being organised by Non resident Odia organisations based in Mumbai led by said one of the core committee member of the Ama Utkarsha Odisha Festival.
The festival aims to showcase Odia culture, traditional food, textile, dance, music, Cinema among the next generation Odia’s staying in Maharashtra/Mumbai & to spread our culture with our non Odia friends from different ares of the Country & globe . Nama Sankirtana, Jodi Sankha, Odissi, Sambalpuri, Ghumura, Ranapa, Tiger dance, mask dance, renowned play back singers from Bollywood & Ollywood, Sambalpuri folk music by Padmashree Jitendriya Haripal will be the main attraction of the festival. Sand art & cinema screening related to different segments of Odisha will add more colour to the festival.
