Bhubaneswar: Winter session of the Odisha Assembly begins today with strict adherence to Covid19 protocols; State Finance Minister to present the supplementary budget.
During the 40-day session, proceedings will be held on Saturdays & Sundays. Supplementary Budget will be tabled today after making obituary references to several ex-MLAs including ex-Speaker Sarat Kar, COVID warriors & others.
