Bhubaneswar: ” The Infiedel” , English Translation of Prasanta Patnaik’s Asati was launched in a colourful function organised by Tapashya Foundatin , Bhubaneswar. by eminent writers, educationists and editors at the auditorium of Utkal Chamber of Commerce and Industries by eminent columnists, writers, media persons and educationists.
Those who attended the function included famous columnist Akkar Patel , famous educationist and columnist Dr. Apoorvananda, Editor of Katha , Dr Gourahari dash, Eminent poet and journalist Nidheesh Tyagi etc. Dr Tapan Panda, an internationally famous management guru, who has translated the book in his speech narrated how and why he was inspired to translate the book which was subsequently published by Satya Patnaik of Black Eagle Books, Dublin, USA.
Dr Panda, who conducted the meeting on behalf of Tapashya Foundation, invited Partha Patnaik and Subrat Patnaik, both sons of Prasanta Patnaik to the podium to participate in the launching ceremony. A large number of poets, writers, educationists, including Dr Sitikantha Mishra, Dr Julie Panda, Dr Hiranmayee Mishra, Bijyot Pranja Tripathy, poet Kedar Mishra etc. attended.
