Supreme Court grants regular bail to activist Teesta Setalvad in a case of alleged fabrication of evidence in relation to the 2002 Gujarat riots. Sets aside Gujarat HC order rejecting her bail plea. Supreme Court says observations in the Gujarat HC order denying her bail are “perverse” & “contradictory”.
