Bhubaneswar: Odisha Skill Development Authority Chairperson, Subroto Bagchi, to head IEC Team constituted to undertake various activities to spread awareness for containing COVID19. Bagchi is also appointed as Chief Spokesperson of Odisha Govt on COVID-19 and will guide the team in official press briefings.
