Bhubaneswar: The Government of Odisha has nominated Sh Arup Mohan Patnaik, (IPS Retd.) and former Commissioner of Police, Mumbal, as the Representative of the State Government to coordinate with the local administration in Gujarat, regarding the welfare of the poor workers from Odisha stranded In Surat and other parts of Gujarat. Sh Rakesh Sharma, former ACP, Maharashtra Police, will accompany and assist Sh Patnaik.
