Bhubaneswar: Senior leaders Dilip Ray and Bijoy Mohapatra’s exit will have impact on #BJP in the state. Dilip’s decision to quit party is a political move and it has no connection with IGH and Brahmani bridge issue as work for both the projects have started says Union Minister Jual Oram . Bijoy Mohapatra & Dilip Ray might be contemplating to leave party for political reasons though IGH work has begun & Brahmani issue is delayed because of state govt; it’s their personal choice to stay or leave but it will be a loss for BJP if they quit says Jual Oram
